Barb is a retired social worker with a passion for restoring antique cars and trucks alongside her husband, Ron. She also enjoys creating historic costumes, designing floral décor for community events, and spending time gardening and completing home renovation projects. A hands-on individual, Barb values meaningful time with family and friends, sharing moments of laughter and connection.

Her volunteer work spans many hours within the healthcare system, where she serves as a Patient and Family Caregiver Advisor, offering valuable insights drawn from lived experience to support medical professionals. As a Wedding Officiant, Barb is dedicated to crafting memorable, personalized ceremonies filled with warmth and joy, thoughtfully to each couple’s vision—whether held in a family backyard, an event centre or a traditional church.

Carmen Agius Novosky

Carmen became a Licensed Wedding Officiant fifteen years ago at the request of her youngest son.

What began as an act of love, to officiate at the wedding of her son and his bride is now her full time passion.

As an Ordained Christian Minister she has married over 500 couples and loves her unexpected encore career.  

From first contact, through your wedding ceremony, to final kiss, Rev Carmen lovingly guides Brides and Grooms through every detail of the ceremony. With calm expertise, thoughtful planning, and a warm personal touch, she ensures your vision comes to life—so you feel confident, relaxed, and fully present on your perfect day, from start to finish.

Julie Grigg Mori

Rev Julie Mori is an Ordained Minister licensed by the Province of Ontario and offers Wedding Officiant services to couples seeking a meaningful and personalized ceremony. She was called to this work out of a desire to support couples who may not belong to a church community yet hold a deep respect for the sanctity of marriage and the significance of this lifelong commitment.

Now in her eighth season as a wedding officiant,

Rev Mori has presided over more than 160 ceremonies. Her extensive experience allows her to guide couples with confidence, sensitivity, and professionalism, ensuring that each ceremony reflects their unique relationship, values and vision.

Rev Mori honors the full spectrum of contemporary wedding styles, including traditional services, intimate elopements, destination weddings, simple backyard gatherings, and same‑sex weddings. She approaches every ceremony with care and respect, creating a welcoming environment for all couples and crafting moments that are heartfelt, authentic and memorable.
